Co-Chair | Dr. Pyry Kettunen, Research Manager, Finnish Geospatial Research Institute, National Land Survey, Finland
Pyry Kettunen acts as a Research Manager on geospatial representation and interaction at the Finnish Geospatial Research Institute in the National Land Survey of Finland. He has made his degrees and research career in cartography and geoinformatics, and vice-chaired and chaired ICA commissions since 2011. His research interests concentrate around empirically founded human interaction with cartographic and geovisual presentations, and on creating accordingly designed geospatial applications.
Co-Chair | Professor Petr Kubíček, Department of Geography, Masaryk University, Czechia
Petr Kubíček is a leading member of the Laboratory on Geoinformatics and Cartography, Masaryk University, and represents a much larger interdisciplinary team executing interdisciplinary research in the field of cognitive issues in geographic information visualization and map user research. Since 2005, he has worked at the Institute of Geography at Masaryk University in Brno, where he specializes in digital cartography and geospatial solutions in crisis management. He is currently the Head of the Department of Geography and Vice-Chair of the Czech Association for Geoinformation.
Co-Chair | Dr. Hua Liao, Associate Professor, School of Geographic Sciences, Hunan Normal University, China.
Hua Liao is an Associate Professor at Hunan Normal University in Changsha, China. He is currently working on gaze-controlled map interaction, map usability evaluation, pedestrians' visual behavior mining and user issues in spatial cognition.

Tumasch Reichenbacher is a Senior Lecturer and Group Leader with the Geographic Information Visualization and Analysis (GIVA) unit, GIScience Center, Department of Geography, University of Zürich. His academic background is in geography and cartography and he received his PhD from the Technical University Munich. The research topics he is interested in are at the interface of geographic information science, mobile cartography, cognitive geography, visual analytics, and human-computer interaction.
